Q1 If there is a difference between the measurements on the size chart and the measurements of my dog, can you make alterations to the clothing?
Yes, we can make some adjustments to the clothing.
Please provide your dog's neck, chest, and length measurements as well as their weight in the "Order special instructions" section when making your purchase.
However, it may be difficult for us to accommodate significant alterations.

Q2 Can you make the clothes without attaching a brand tag?
We do not offer that option.
However, we can change the position of the tag attachment.
It is also possible to sew all four sides of the tag.
Please indicate your preference in the "Order special instructions" section on the cart page when making your purchase.

Q3 Even though my dog's measurements are almost the same as those on the size chart, the clothing feels small (large).
The measurements of the neck, chest, and length are rough guidelines for selecting the appropriate clothing size.
Please note that there may be differences in body shape that cannot be determined from these measurements.

Q4 My dog keeps getting the belly part of the clothes dirty when he pees. Can you make that part shorter?
Yes, we can accommodate that request. Please specify it in the "Order special instructions" field on the cart page when you make your purchase.

Q5 Is it possible to change the clothing size, neck or sleeve options after purchase?
It is possible to make changes before the fabric is cut. Please contact us as soon as possible.

Return/Exchange Policy for Dog Clothes

Q1 I received the clothing and it was bigger than expected, so I would like to exchange it for a smaller size.
We apologize for the inconvenience. As our dog clothing is made-to-order, we do not accept size exchanges.

Q2 My dog chewed and ripped the clothing shortly after receiving it. Can I exchange it?
Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges.
We only accept exchanges or returns if there is a defect in the clothing upon arrival.

Q3 I received a different item from what I ordered.
We apologize for the inconvenience.
We will promptly exchange it for the correct item. Please contact us by email.

Q4 I want to cancel my order.
If production has not started on the dog clothes, cancellation is possible.
Once production has started, cancellation is not possible.
Please contact us by e-mail as soon as possible.

Shipping and Handling

Q1 How long does it take to ship dog clothes after ordering?
Normally, it takes about 2 weeks from the time of ordering to shipping
During the busy season (from September to March), it may take up to 4 weeks to ship.

Q2 How long does it take from shipment to arrival?
We will generally ship the ordered products via EMS.
It takes approximately 2-10 days to receive the product after shipping.
However, there may be delays due to COVID-19 measures in countries and regions or reduced flight schedules.

Q3 I was unable to receive the product because I was away for a long time. Please resend it.
Please contact us by email.
Additional shipping fees will be required for the reshipment.
After confirming the payment of the shipping fees, we will resend the product.
If you know the period when you will be absent at the time of ordering, please let us know.
We will arrange the shipment to avoid that period.

Shipping is free for items totaling $120 or more.

We do not have staff who are able to speak English at our store.
We will respond to inquiries using translation software, which may result in some delay or difficulty in understanding the English text.
However, we ask for your understanding in this matter.
We aim to respond to inquiries via email within 24 hours, excluding holidays.

Q2 Are "irotoito" and "gomafish" different brands?
Both of them are our brands.

Q1 Do Italian Greyhounds need clothes?
As those who already own Italian Greyhounds may know, they are surprisingly sensitive to the cold.
It is recommended to dress them in clothes for warmth when going out in cold weather.
Additionally, some Italian Greyhounds may vomit when their body temperature drops, such as in the early morning during winter.
In such cases, consider having them wear clothes even indoors.

Q2 Is it necessary to dress dogs in clothes during hot summer weather?
Dogs are animals that are more vulnerable to heat compared to humans.
They are unable to sweat like humans, making it difficult for them to effectively dissipate heat once their body temperature rises.
Additionally, dog breeds with short hair, such as Italian Greyhounds and French Bulldogs, may be more susceptible to the effects of sunlight, making them more vulnerable to the heat.
To reduce the risk of heatstroke and dehydration in dogs, it is important to prevent their body temperature from rising.
Wearing thin and breathable clothing can effectively reduce the impact of sunlight.
It is recommended to closely monitor the dog's condition and dress or undress them accordingly.
